Market Day Forms

Market Day forms are available at the library approximately one week after Market Day pick-up. Forms can also be dropped off at the library or dropped in the outside bookdrop.

Notary Public Service

The library provides Notary Public Service free. You must produce two valid forms of identification, one being a photo id. We try to have a notary on staff at all times.

Voter Registration

The library provides Voter Registration to all Grundy County residents. You must produce two valid forms of identification, one being a photo id. We try to have a voter registrar on staff at all times.
